Cuba, which has made great progress in the treatment of diseases such as vitiligo, alopecia, psoriasis and moon blindness, especially cancer, attracts great interest from patients in Türkiye.

Cancer Vaccine Has No Negative Effects
“Cuba has vaccine treatments and alternative biotherapy. Treatment is applied for many types of cancer, especially head and neck, colon, stomach, pancreas, breast and soft tissue cancers. Apart from these, cancer types for which vaccine treatment is applied are non-small cell (non-small cell NSCLC) lung cancer, brain (glioblastoma) tumors".
This vaccine does not attack tumors directly. It targets a protein called “epidermal growth factor”, which is produced by the tumor and circulates in the blood. This protein commands cells to grow and divide. This vaccine prevents this protein from sticking to cancer cells. The vaccine treatments in Cuba are not a preventive vaccine, they prevent the growth and metastasis of existing tumors. Late-stage cancer becomes a disease that people live with. The aim of the treatment is to turn cancer into a chronic disease,” Uğur Yücel said, adding that the professors applying the treatment said, ”We do not see any side effects even in the subcutaneous application area. This is a great advantage.”
